Even the humblest cookie has something special about it. It&#8217;s a product of the work and time you put into it. Even though it will probably be gone within the next few days (or less if you have brothers \ud83d\ude09) you&#8217;re still honing your skills as a baker. You could use that ability to open your own bakery, or use your knowledge of the kitchen to add just that much more realistic detail to a novel. Or none of that. Perhaps you&#8217;ll go on and marry and have a family of your own, that you&#8217;ll provide with delicious desserts, dinners and so forth. There is a lot that a young woman still at home can learn in preparation for her future, though she doesn&#8217;t know what it is yet. A few weeks ago, I was browsing through a Taste of Home magazine, that my Grandma passed along to my family, when I came across this recipe. I snapped a picture of it with my phone, then mostly forgot about until yesterday. I had been thinking about making some kind of dessert for a hymn sing we were planning on attending this Saturday night, so I thought, why not try these? I&#8217;ll link the recipe<a href=\"https:\/\/www.tasteofhome.com\/recipes\/french-toast-spirals\/\"> here<\/a>. I enjoy testing out new recipes, I&#8217;ve been mostly successful \ud83d\ude09, and these turned out really well! They were easily made and cooked. I wouldn&#8217;t say that they <em>actually<\/em> taste like French toast, but they&#8217;re still delicious. I hope you&#8217;ll cook some up for yourselves!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>    Happy Baking!
