Learn to Draw in a Weekend
Hello! Today on Reading Wednesday I’ll be recommending a book that’s a little different than what I’ve been posting recently: Learn to draw in a weekend!
Oh, and in case you were wondering why there was no Modest Monday post this week: since it was Independence Day, I was pretty busy and wasn’t able to write one. Hopefully I’ll be able to pick up on the outfit posts next week.
Back to the post: I thought that since I’ve been doing a lot of painting lately, I’d recommend something concerning art. Cue this Learn to Draw in a Weekend book.
The way that it’s set up is that there are tasks set for each day; which, when completed, will theoretically mean you can draw at the end of a weekend. Or any other few days, really. 😉
It also has several projects that can standalone, if you want to improve in a particular area. Such as this spring scene.
Or this market scene.
Or this farmyard scene. As well as many more that I didn’t include photos of. 😉
Where to find Learn to Draw in a Weekend:
I’ll put a link to the book here.
And that’s all for now! I hope you found this post helpful. Do you like to draw or paint? ~ Emily
