Polka Dot Maxi

Hello again! Today on Modest Monday we’ll be taking a look at a polka dot maxi I wore recently. Let’s get started!

This outfit was a little different than what I usually wear, but I actually really liked it! (I’ve worn this dress once before, but as a skirt. I’ll link to that post here.) I put this outfit together pretty quickly. I knew I needed to wear a sweater with the dress, since the top of the dress has more missing than is actually there. 😉 The rest just sort of fell into place.

Also, I think the belt made the outfit look a lot more flattering than it did before. I also added the modesty panel myself. It makes it so much easier when I don’t have to wear a tank top!

And on a side note: do you see those yellow leaves? It’s starting to look like autumn! (Which has me very excited, if you can’t tell. 😉 )

I added some circular jewelry to mimic the polka dots. The round earrings and necklace, as you can see.

The shrug was from Bj’s. The maxi dress, Old Navy. And the shoes and jewelry were from Walmart.
