White Denim Jacket and Stripes

Today I’ll be sharing a post featuring an outfit with both a white denim jacket and stripes. Let’s get started!

This outfit is a little different than what I usually wear. Though, I feel like I’ve been saying that a lot here on the blog. That doesn’t mean it’s not true! I guess I’m just trying different combinations than usual.

Anyway, this one was one of those outfits that just kind of grew as I put it together. I liked the stripes, and added the black skirt since that was an obvious choice. And I hadn’t worn the jacket for awhile, so I added that too. The boots were added because it’s actually chilly here! I was going to wear flats, but that changed when I looked at the forecast. 😉 I posted another outfit similar to this back in the summer. I’ll link to it here.

For my hair I wanted to do something a little different as well. Nothing crazy, though. All I did was two twists from each side of my front hair, leaving a little curl closer to my face. Oh, and of course I used leave-in conditioner to bring some definition to the rest of my hair. Simple as that!

And on a side topic, aren’t the fall leaves pretty? It’s definitely been a good year for them! At least, in my opinion. 😉

Outfit Details:

The jacket is from Costco. The shirt from Tractor Supply. I’m not sure where the skirt came from, or the boots. Those last ones were a hand-me-down from my grandma. 🙂 The earrings are from Walmart. And you can’t really see the bracelet, but it’s from Alex and Ani. The necklace is another piece I’m not sure where it came from. Having two older sisters, stuff like that just kind of shows up. 😉
