Flowered Shirt and a Brown Maxi

Hello again! Today on Modest Monday we’ll be taking a look at an outfit featuring a flowered shirt and a brown maxi. Let’s get started!

With this outfit (which I wore to church) I tried a combination I’d never done before. In fact, I’d never actually worn the skirt before! I liked it, although it is a little shorter than I generally like skirts of this style. Usually I like them very close to, or even slightly dragging, the ground. 😉

For accessories I went pretty light. Only a necklace and these dangly earrings.

For my hair I also went pretty simple, just using a small claw clip for a half-up/half-down style. And I don’t think it was actually as crooked in person as it looks in this photo. Hopefully. 😉

Flowered Shirt and Brown Maxi Outfit Details:

The shirt is from the thrift store; the brand is Susina. The tank top came in a pack from Costco, and is Lucky Brand. The skirt was also from the thrift store, but the brand is unreadable. The flats are from Walmart. As for the jewelry: the necklace was a birthday gift, and the earrings were hand-me-downs from a friend.
