Coral and Denim

Hello again! Today on Modest Monday we’ll be taking a look at the outfit I wore to church most recently, which features coral and denim. Let’s get started!

Now, due to the busy-ness of this particular Sunday (which was Mothers Day) I didn’t get a chance to take photos outside. The weather also wasn’t cooperating, since it was cold and rainy almost all day. Which, I love weather like that (though it is unusual for May), but it’s not the best for an outdoor photo shoot!

For this outfit, I wanted something easy and warm. I even broke out my boots and winter coat again. I added the coral for a pop of color. I’ve worn this shirt several times before. I’ll link to those instances here, here and here.

It was a little hard to get good photos of what my hair actually looked like in the indoor lighting. For my hair I wanted a high-ish bun, but nothing very structured. I pretty much just piled my hair where I wanted it on my head, and made it stay (for the most part 😉 ) with bobby pins.

Coral and Denim Outfit Details:

The jacket is Columbia brand, but was probably purchased at the thrift store. The shirt is Gap brand, and the skirt is Faded Glory brand. The boots were hand-me-downs, as were the earrings and bracelet. 😉
